At Darija Academy, we provide private online lessons in Moroccan Darija, Arabic, and Quran. Because each lesson is scheduled especially for one student and a tutor’s time is reserved in advance, we have a clear refund policy.
1. No free trials
We do not offer free trial lessons. All lessons and lesson packages must be paid before classes begin.
2. Lesson bookings
Once a lesson has been booked and confirmed, the payment is generally non-refundable. This includes single lessons and monthly plans.
3. Missed lessons
If a student misses a lesson, arrives late, or is unable to attend, that lesson will normally be counted as used and will not be refunded.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a lesson, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling may be allowed depending on tutor availability and notice time. We cannot guarantee rescheduling for last-minute changes.
5. Package payments
If you purchase a package or monthly plan, the plan is for one student only and cannot be shared. Unused lessons within a package are not refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6. Technical issues
If a lesson cannot be completed due to a technical issue on our side, we will do our best to reschedule the class. Refunds are not automatically issued unless we determine that a refund is appropriate.
7. Exceptional cases
In rare cases, we may review a refund request individually. Any decision to issue a refund will be made at our discretion and based on the specific situation.
