Welcome to Darija Academy. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing any lesson package or enrolling in any class.
1. About Darija Academy
Darija Academy provides private online lessons in Moroccan Darija, Arabic, and Quran for children, adults, families, and women seeking female tutors. Lessons are delivered live online by native tutors in a one-on-one format.
2. Lesson format
Each lesson lasts 50 minutes and is for one student only. A single lesson or package may not be shared between two students, siblings, or between an adult and a child. If more than one student wants to learn, each student must purchase a separate lesson plan.
3. Booking and payment
All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance before classes begin. We do not offer free trial lessons. Any first lesson, trial-style lesson, or package purchase is paid service.
4. Scheduling
Students may choose lesson times based on tutor availability and their own schedule. We do our best to provide flexible scheduling, but lesson times must be confirmed in advance. If a student needs to change a class time, they should contact us as early as possible.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
If a student cannot attend a class, they should notify us as early as possible. Depending on the situation and tutor availability, we may allow rescheduling. Missed lessons, late cancellations, or no-shows may be counted as completed and are generally not refundable.
6. Refunds
Because our lessons are private, live, and scheduled specifically for each student, payments are generally non-refundable once a lesson has been booked or access has been granted. Refunds are not issued for missed lessons, unused lesson time, or change of mind after booking.
7. Female tutors
We offer female tutors for women and girls who prefer a female-only learning environment. Tutor assignment depends on availability, subject, and schedule.
8. Student responsibilities
Students are responsible for attending lessons on time, joining with a stable internet connection, and making sure they are ready for class. Parents are responsible for ensuring that children attend on time and are prepared for the lesson.
9. Technology requirements
Students need a working device, internet connection, camera, microphone, and access to the online meeting platform used for the lesson. Darija Academy is not responsible for technical issues caused by the student’s internet, device, or software setup.
10. Educational purpose
Our lessons are designed for educational progress and language or Quran learning support. We do not guarantee specific results, as progress depends on the student’s attendance, practice, level, and consistency.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, course structure, and lesson materials, belongs to Darija Academy unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without written permission.
