What is Moroccan Darija?
Moroccan Darija is the everyday spoken Arabic dialect used by over 36 million Moroccans. It is different from Modern Standard Arabic and combines Arabic, Amazigh, French, and Spanish influences. Learning Darija allows you to communicate naturally with Moroccans in daily life, travel, and family settings.
Do I need to know Modern Standard Arabic to learn Darija?
No. Darija is a spoken dialect and is taught completely independently. You can start Darija with zero knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic.
What is Tajweed and why is it important?
Tajweed is the set of rules governing the correct pronunciation and recitation of the Quran. Learning Tajweed ensures that you recite exactly as it was revealed, protecting you from mispronunciation that could change the meaning of sacred verses.
Do you offer Quran memorization (Hifz)?
Yes. Our Hifz program is a structured and personalized memorization plan with daily revision sessions, clear goals, and full tutor support, whether you want to memorize a few Surahs or the full Quran.
What age can children start lessons?
Children can start from as young as 4 years old. Our tutors are trained to teach young learners with patience, visual aids, and age-appropriate lesson pacing.
Lessons Format
How long is each lesson?
Every lesson is 50 minutes, private, and designed for one student only.
Can two students share one lesson?
No. Each lesson is strictly for one student only. A lesson cannot be shared between two children, siblings, a parent and child, or two adults. If two people want to learn, each student needs their own separate plan.
Are lessons online or in person?
All lessons are delivered live online via video call. You can learn from anywhere in the world.
How do lessons work technically?
After booking, you will receive a link to join your private live video lesson at the scheduled time. You need a working device, internet connection, camera, and microphone.
