Do I need any experience to start Arabic lessons?
No. We welcome absolute beginners. Your tutor will start from the very beginning, the Arabic alphabet, basic pronunciation, and simple vocabulary, and build from there at your own pace. You do not need to know anything before your first lesson.
Which Arabic will I learn, Modern Standard, Quranic, or Egyptian?
You choose. We offer Modern Standard Arabic for formal communication and writing, Quranic Arabic with proper Tajweed for prayer and Quran recitation, and Egyptian Arabic for everyday conversation. You can also combine them based on your goals. Your tutor will guide you on what makes the most sense for your situation.
How long is each lesson?
Every lesson is exactly 50 minutes. Lessons are strictly private and designed for one student only. No shared sessions, no group classes.
Is there a free trial lesson?
No. We do not offer free trial lessons. Every lesson including your first one is a fully paid private session. Our tutors prepare individually for each student from the very first lesson, which takes real time and professional effort. Monthly plans are the best way to start because they offer better value than single lessons and give you the consistency you need to actually progress.
Can I share my lesson with someone else?
No. All lessons are strictly for one student only. If another person wants to learn, they need to purchase their own plan. Lessons cannot be shared between two adults, or between an adult and a child at the same price.
What happens if I need to reschedule a lesson?
You can reschedule your lesson with advance notice through our booking system. We understand that life happens and we try to be as flexible as possible. Please reschedule at least 24 hours before your session to avoid losing the lesson.
Which platform do you use for online lessons?
All lessons take place via Google Meet or Zoom. You do not need to download any extra software or create a new account. You simply receive a link before your lesson and click to join.
How quickly will I start speaking Arabic?
This depends on your consistency and your goals. Most students begin using basic Arabic words and phrases within the first few lessons. Students who attend lessons regularly and practice between sessions make the fastest progress. Your tutor will give you practical exercises to do between sessions to speed up your learning.
Can my child take Arabic lessons?
Yes. We offer Arabic lessons for children as well as adults. We have tutors who specialize in teaching younger students in a fun, patient, and age-appropriate way. If you are a parent looking for lessons for your child, simply mention this when booking and we will match you with the right tutor.
How do I pay for my lessons?
Payment is made online before your lessons begin. We accept all major payment methods. Your plan starts as soon as payment is confirmed and you can book your first lesson immediately after.
