Common Pricing Questions
Each plan has a stated validity window (for example, 1 month for weekly plans, 2 months for kids bundles, 3 months for family plans). Lessons should be used within that window; please contact us if you need help fitting in a missed lesson before it expires.
Single-subject plans (Darija, Arabic, or Quran) are tied to that subject. If your child wants to combine subjects, the Kids Quran & Arabic bundles or Family Plans are built for exactly that. Contact us and we can help you pick the right plan.
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your lesson. Changes made less than 24 hours before, or no-shows, are treated as a used lesson. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
No — in Siblings Duo, Family Bundle, and Full Household plans, each named family member gets their own private lessons with their own tutor. The lesson count is per person, not a shared pool.
