Using “baš” — In Order To

The word baš means in order to. The verb after baš uses the present-tense form without ka-.

Examples

Laṭifa mšat l l-bosṭa baš t-ṣift bra. — Latifa went to the post office in order to send a letter.

mšit l Marrakech baš n-šuf ṣaнbi. — I went to Marrakech in order to see my friend.
