Simple English meaning
Cathy was walking down a street on her way home. A man began following her and saying inappropriate things. She did not know him, but she felt afraid. She told him “leave me alone, I don’t want to talk to you.” The man did not stop and kept bothering her more. Cathy raised her voice and said “go away!” Several people were standing in the street and saw what happened. A woman helped Cathy and told the man to leave her alone, and the man eventually walked away.
