English meaning: John reports that his bag was snatched from his shoulder at 3:00 by a tall man in jeans and a red T-shirt. The bag contained a phone, towel, book, small music player, and 200 dirhams. The officer takes his residence card details and tells him to wait for a copy of the report before leaving.
